Question about Toshiba Satellite L25-S119 Notebook
ON MY PAD (BELOW MY KEYBOARD), THE RIGHT SIDE USED TO BE MY "SCROLLING" CAPABILITIES. AT SOME POINT, IT QUIT WORKING.
Driver issue I expect. Mine stops every now and then. I expect a driver update or windows update has clobbered it. Try reinstalling the original driver for the touchpad.
