Question about Nikon COOLPIX L3 Digital Camera
Started today- worked fine this morning. When I hit the power button the lens extends approx. 1 inch- there is a beep and the camera shuts down. Hitting the power button again gets one of two responses. The lens extends a bit more and camera shuts down or camera lens retracts and camera shuts down. Under no circumstances does the camera power light remain on.
If the camera has not been abused, such as dropping, impact of some sort, or restricting the extending lens, then there is an internal problem.
See my other posts on suggestions of selling it.
