Hi i have a simpson Enduro 801 8kg model 22s801 the problem is there is a nut down the bottom of the agitator that i can't reach and i don't know how to undo it, if i could the right tool for the job.
I'm having trouble with it ripping holes in my sheets and have checked the agitator to make sure there is nothing sharp on it and around the bowl, the only thing i can think of is under the agitator as it does wobble when you rock it from side to side, I hope you can help me as i really like this machine

To stop the agitator from turning as you try to unscrew it on a Simpson Enduro 801 washing machine, you will need to first unplug the machine from the wall outlet. This will ensure that the motor is not running and the agitator is not turning.
Next, you can try using a pair of pliers or a wrench to hold the agitator in place while you unscrew it. Simply grip the agitator firmly and apply enough pressure to keep it from turning as you loosen the screws.
If the agitator is still turning or you are having trouble keeping it in place, you may need to apply additional leverage. One way to do this is to use a piece of wood or other flat object to act as a lever against the side of the agitator. This will help to keep the agitator from turning as you loosen the screws.
Look down inside the agitator. At the bottom is a hexagonal bolt. You need a 10mm socket on a long extension bar to reach it and undo it. Then pull agitator up & out.
Why do you need a wiring diagram? These things are permanently made part of the harness to the various parts. If you suspect the timer why not try another. There is little you could do to it, its likely to be a sealed unit. Tell us more about the fault?
Hi just read your posting. From the information in your posting you quoted the model number of the machine, could you please reply back with the name of the machine such as ,ezyset or esprit or enduro etc.The name will be on the control panel. This information will help me with the problem on your machine.Looking forward to your reply.
Hi Tina just read your posting. From the information in your posting the machine fills, then when the machine is full of water the agitator moves clockwise then anticlockwise until it gets to the rinse cycle then drains the water ,then it fills for the rinse cycle but does not move the agitator in the rinse cycle. Then it drains and spins the clothes dry .Is this assessment of your posting correct. If it is not 100% correct please reply to tell me what the machine is doing or not doing. If it is correct then the problem with your machine is the control board. Is your model the electronic one with the push buttons?Looking forward to your reply.
