1. Do you have this problem with one recipient, or with all outbound emails? If it's one (or a few) customers, then it could be something on their end, for example, "increased security" that blocks improperly configured mail senders or whole networks that are prone to SPAM (for example, all residential broadband providers). 2. How did you configured your Incredimail? Does it go through "mail hosting provider" (for example, Hotmail or Gmail), or do you send emails directly from your PC?

You can still access those mails if you access your email account directly through the email service.eg if you have a gmail account open www.gmail.com and login using your username and assword and the emails will be there.

Microsoft has created a Fix-It for this!
What this Fix it does is to remove incorrect or corrupt registry entries that interfere with VB support in windows and then re-registers the DLL ensuring that the correct registry setting are there. After running the Fix it solution you may be able to immediately try the operation that previously gave you the error, but to be sure, a reboot is suggested. This will address similar issues with other programs as well and not just the applications that are specifically mentioned in this thread.
