The first cup of coffees are not coming out smooth, only a few drops of coffee every time. Cleaning the entire machine does not help. Have check the tubes but milk and hot water are working just fine. After 4 times of trying the coffee starts to come out. so every morning have to waste 4 grinding of coffee for a decent morning coffee. Very expensive and cumbersome process
