I sent my dell in for repair for a cracked lcd screen. When it came back things just didn't feel right the screen was almost floppy. But i couldn't really prove anything was wrong. Now the plastic casing in the bottom left hand corner is completely cracked and a screw from inside fell out today. I will never but another Dell again
