A tie string from a swimsuit got caught in between

You're probally going to need to replace the drum glides. There are 3 of them that go on the white plastic drum support. When they wear out it eats up the plastic support and you have to replace that too. I've had to replace mine twice. I'm not sure if yours is the same because I have an electric dryer. This could be what you need.
