My psp full brick during upgrade and pandora battary did not work

If you have used pandora battery and MMS correctly, I think you got the TA088v3 PSP Motherboard. It's unhackable and is Pandora proof. To date, no procedure is known to unbrick these kinds of PSP MoBo. Others have tried replacing their MoBo and other send it back to S0ny and pay bucks for its replacement.
If you believe you got the non TA088v3, you might be missing few of the procedures in Pandora unbricking. You may also check your MMS and re-create it.

How to Replace Analog Joystick on PSP-2001

If your PSP's joystick won't go in a certain direction -- or characters walk by themselves, this part needs to be replaced. It is sold at the website all the way at the bottom for $16.95 and they can do this repair job for $18 more! However, it's not very difficult. Here are the steps:

Step 1. Open PSP. There are 2 screws on the top of the PSP.

Step 2. There are 4 screws behind the PSP and one on the bottom, as circled in the picture.

Step 3. Remove the faceplate and locate the PSP 2001 Analog Assembly. It is held into the console by 1 black screw, as circled in the picture.

Step 4. Remove the black screw and pry the joystick out of the PSP as shown below.

Step 5. It is important that you remove this clear silicon piece from the old joystick and install it into the new one. Its purpose is to communicate the movement of the joystick from the assembly to the motherboard. It sits between the assembly and the motherboard.

Step 6. After you transfer the piece, pry the motherboard slightly up as you slide the new assembly back in place as pictured.

Step 7. You will need to pry this piece up to slide the assembly into place so that it is seated. Replace the black screw and close it back up.

When I turn it up, only the green light comes and stays for about 10 seconds, no display or sound. what can i do?

I guess your PSP is bricked. Have you done either of the following;
1.) Update PSP Firmware and interrupted it before it finished 2.) Installed a Custom Firmware (CFW) to play homebrew (games in Memory Stick)
If yes, it's certain that your PSP is bricked. There are easy ways to unbrick your PSP depending on your PSP version and MotherBoard. If you need help in unbricking your PSP, please give the following detail;
1.) Slim or Phat 2.) PSP Version (1000, 2000, 3000) 3.) MotherBoard (if available)
If you have known your MoBo to be a TA088v3, consider bringing it back to S0ny for MoBo replacement or have it replaced if you can buy one. Consider a new MoBo that is not a TA088v3 like TA085 or TA088v2 because these boards have recovery menu when installed with CFW.

How to unbrick psp 3000 with version of 5.03 please could someone help me???..

If it's still under warranty, you'll have to send it to SONY for replacement/repairs. If you were messing with CFW's and homebrewing, it's likely you'll never unbrick a PSP 3000. Makes a good paperweight though! An alternative would be replacing the motherboard, but you'd have to purchase one and know how to replace that hardware.

Try to replace the power cable charge. Maybe this is the problem. other the problem is the motherboard itself.

I opened up my sony psp to replace the screen and I think I forgot to put the tape over the motherboard back on so my charcter is moving all over because of the analog. Can I use electrical tape instead?

No, that's not it. There's no tape missing.

You may be missing the following piece:

It's a small clear piece that sits on the metal frame that holds the LCD in place. It send communication between the analog joystick and the motherboard. Without this piece, the joystick will seem to stick in one direction. Once you replace this piece you will be fine.

Psp no display

Sounds like a dead motherboard or broken fuse, you can search the web for "PSP fuse repair" there is a PSP Repair guide that shows you how to disassemble the PSP. If that procedure fails the logic board needs to be replaced you can send it to a PSP Repair service.

My WLAN switch is on yet the green light is not flashing and it will not connect me to the internet....I have a wireless router, that is on and working perfectly also

After further investigation throughout many electronic helping sites/forums, I came to the conclusion that my ''Wi-Fi'' card (which is located under the motherboard of the PSP console) had expired but it can be replaced in a few can buy a Wi-Fi card and manually replace the older one, you can buy the card and get a professional to replace the card, or you can send the PSP with your problem in writing to Sony and they will replace the card and send the PSP back to you.
