Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
I have an emachines t6532. the motherboard will not post when you first power up, although both fans run really loud indefinately... no monitor, no beep, no nothin. once forced to shut down and then turned on again it runs normally. it will intermittently shut down during use. checked, dbl checked, and replaced psu. definately not the problem. memory is good. motherboard maybe? how can i be sure?
Could be a cmos battery, try changing it. Sometimes that works.

Bad capacitor(s) on the motherboard can cause this problem, corrupted BIOS maybe... try flashing BIOS.
Probably the CPU if your not getting any error code beeps on startup.. NO Processor for the BIOS instructions thus no Beeps !
