2003 Clarion M335RET Marine CD/Radio wit...

Hi: The unit would not eject a CD. I used a pair of very small needle nose pliers to remove the CD. I got a new CD and tried to load it. It wont load. It makes a chicka-chicka-chicka noice when it tries to load, but it does not grab the CD. The unit is 3 years old and in like new condition.

First question, what is wrong?

Second question, is it economically repairable and, if so, where? (I am in Alexandria VA and most of the Clarion sites I call (from their website) don't service Clarion as advertised.)

Third question, is there a unit that replaced this unit that uses the same wiring harness and remote control cannon plug that I can substitute?
