Question about Logitech Bluetooth Wireless Headphones
I recently had a crash and have been trying to reinstall the bluetooth wireless headphones and cannot get any connection. I have followed all the instructions but nothing works. Can you help?
Each brand has it's own peculiarities and you did not specify the brand. I would suggest turning off the headphones, resetting the transmitter (turn off and on again for separate devices) and then pressing and holding the 'on' switch for 15 seconds or so. You may see (in some models) a light start to blink blue then red and back. This should indicate that the receiver (headphone) is trying to find a transmitter to pair with. Hope this helps.
