-   I tried turning mine on one day and got a message saying problem with firmware pleas refer to user manual. want to know how i can fix it or get it fixed. don't have receipt, was given to me by brother who is in Iraq.-   SPC Benson
I had a problem getting mine to boot but got it working by removing battery and removing AC, then pressing power button. Then plugged in AC and pressed power again. It boots. Then replace battery and cover.
As far as manuals, the official site is below. I'd download a new firmware upgrade and install is from another computer. Sometimes the computer downloading and running an install is
compromised and the virus scanner is not aware downloads are getting damaged upon arrival to your local hard drive. http://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/manual.aspx?product=203

I recently got a 4 gig micro sd card for my Samsung gravity phone! I ''moved'' all of my pictures (65 or so) to the memory card instead of copying. They're not showing in the memory and when I go to copy pictures into it, it says it's full now. What did I do and where did my pictures go?
