Firmware updated stopped responding. Unit will not turn boot now because there is no firmware and I guess there's no way to fix it. Any ideas?

I had a problem getting mine to boot but got it working by removing battery and removing AC, then pressing power button. Then plugged in AC and pressed power again. It boots. Then replace battery and cover.

As far as manuals, the official site is below. I'd download a new firmware upgrade and install is from another computer. Sometimes the computer downloading and running an install is
compromised and the virus scanner is not aware downloads are getting damaged upon arrival to your local hard drive.
