Hi there.. I have a tek L32D10 led tv and theres a small issue. I see double picture and then after it starts to flick around the border of thr screen. It plays fine for a while then starts to show double picture. Whats the best solution?

It's not the TV it's the source( check settings in your DVD player or cable box

Sounds like you have a bad flyback Transformer...Crackling is high voltage leaking. I would quit turning it on and replace the main board in the set if you are good at soldering you can replace the flyback transformer but cost wise it is easier to replace main board. 20" might not even be worth the repair.

SOURCE: White border when printing

It is impossible to do borderless printer from a toner based printer because the printer needs a spot on the page to grab it into the fusing section.

If you need to do borderless an ink jet based printer can provide that for you.
