Question about Whirlpool Calypso GVW9959K Top Load Washer
My bake element went out so I searched online and ordered one. I have unplugged my range and have unscrewed the bake element - now I need assistance in disconnecting the old and connecting the new. Please advise.
Just make sure power is disconnected, pull element forward until wires are exposed, disconnect and reconnect new. make sure terminals fit secure to new element. you may need to gently crimp the spades to make them snug. slide element back into liner pusing wires back through. presto!!!! the new element should now work. it will also smoke
