for no obvious reason the screen of the Nokia n97 freeze.

I don't get it, sometimes the screen just freezes, makes me want to take it back to the shop!!!!

Upgrade your firmware to 11.0.021 and restore your device to factory settings. also dont install apps in phone memory. keep phone memory free.
