my mom lost her instruchons on her fryer and she is elderly we despertly need them can you please tell me were to get them or send them to slotcarphill@usa.com or our homw at 6063 dogwood sanger ca 93657 thk you so much for your time by the way it is a somersize deep fryer

I need to know how to cook a curry in my Sunbeam/Oster deep fry which has a heatproof inserted glass container - just want to know what temp. to use - from memory, I think it was 300 degrees, but later on in the cooking, think temp. was reduced, but not sure about this - it smells sort of hot. Thank you, so much. marg, Adelaide, SA.
