Question about Philips 37PF7320A 37 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
I have a Philips 37PF7320A/37 and there is no picture and no sound. It clicks on for about half a second then a red light appears goes off and then comes back on 4 times in rapid succession, two second delay, then it repeats. I called Philips and they would tell me what that meant. Any suggestions?
I had the same 1-4 blinks with my Philips 37PF7320A/37 after 2.5 years. After contacting Philips customer service through their website, they got back to me within 2 days. They recommend leaving the TV unplugged 30 minutes and try again. I unplugged it overnight. The problem was still there. They, then, gave me phone numbers of local Philips service areas. I dropped off the TV last week. They told me that the problem was a faulty audio board. The cost was $267 (parts and labor).

I would love to have that service manual. My Philips 37PF7320A died 4 days ago with the typical 1-4 blinking lights. The fuses are fine but I found a 100 ohm 1/4 w resistor that was dead and replaced it, but no change. Now I have looked closer at the "dead" resistor and after the brown-black-brown and there is a poorly applied green band before the gold one, so I'm not sure what I have. I guess I need to get a high resistance tester off eBay.

The TV is in some kind of protection mode, the blinking LED show you an error code.
Try pressing 062596 and then press menu button (do these in quick motion, don't let them to time out while keying)...see what happens
Well I think that if you would have a service manual for this set that would help a lot, I can send it to anyone who wants it via email/gmail. Let me know if anyone want one.
I also heard that this problem appeared with some people because the of the burnt fuse in the TV. To fix that it has to be taken to the tech shop.
And yes I also heard about this issue many times, seems like this TV set is very popular with this kind of problem.
