why are you booting into the diagnostic mode? you dont need the diagnostic partition to boot into windows- your hard drive may be shot. aka dead. please try to goto boot menu either in bios or just F12 and boot from correct partition. Short of that if your drive is DEAD you are looking at data recovery or Clean room rebuild- cost starts at about $2000 if you want your data back
