Unfortunately warranty wouldn't cover this. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Binoculars may come out of alignment over time as things get loose with age and usage. Bausch and Lomb owned Bushnell. Made binoculars under noth names. Since yours were made B&L sold off the binocular business to a venture capitol company and they too sold it to another the current owners. Elite is still a model name being made by the current Bushnell. They may undertake to do the service you require but at a cost.
The elites are a very good unit and well worth repairing or servicing.
