Hi. Thank you for the super fast response! I'm not sure if this is the model number or not: 32207445-001. It's a Honeywell. I'm told it's usually used in office buildings b/c it only has "occupied" and "unoccupied" settings. If that's not the model number, do I have to take the unit apart to find it? Thanks again!Hi. What is the model number for your thermostat? With the correct model number, I can help you figure out what the problem is. Usually the first thing to do is to change the batteries, as low battery power will make the thermostat operate erratically, so you can try that when you get the model number. The other thing to check is to be certain the wires are on the proper screws for the heat/cool/fan controls. These are just things to check until you provide the model number for further assistance. It's
wired to run continuously and it doesn't run ??? Or it does run ??? If it's wired to run all the time an it doesn't , the temp sensor wouldn't have anything to do with it . Fan itself would be the problem . Videos on youtube showing how to test cooling fan .
Check if your thermostat is set on 'o fan' setting.
If it is, trey to set it on 'Auto-fan' instead.
since it seem as if the heating does go off, only the fan may be running continuously.
this is possible if the thermostat is incorrectly set or installed.
good luck.
