Question about Xerox XA7-192i 19" LCD Monitor
I've got a Xerox XA19I Model 900P monitor with a faulty inverter output FET? It is a D444 BE5D4R, is this a FET or something more complex? It is short circuit and can't find any data on it. Anybody got data on a substitute? The makers logo on it is an A with an elipse (squashed circle) going through it. Anyone know of this manufacturer?
Any help would be realy appreciated.
Have you called short circuit and ask them? Call Redio Shack, they maybe able to help you.
