I keep getting a paper jam in my HP 4180 printer. When it did work, it would often feed a stack of paper into the printer instead of just a single sheet. Any idea what could be wrong?

saumin, please make sure you know how to do b4 you post anything, hp technician told me 4180 w\don't take kodak paper since it is too heavy
