i need help finding the right driver for my comp. i have a phillips mt1700. n the sound card is not on as i have reinstalled windows

I have compaq F500 pc with windows vista home basic OS.i've got a problem on my sound card driver when i converted it into windows xp professional.i cnt enjoy using my new pc bcoz there's no more driver on it.i cnt find the rigth sound card driver for this kind of combination.(model & OS.

do you have a motherboard disk? The sound card is on that CD.
