I've owned a pair of skullcandy double agents for a few months now and everytime I load it up with new music about a quarter of the tracks won't play. I circulate through my music about every other day. The tracks work perfectly on my computer, burned cd, ipod, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Please check the SD card protector, sometimes the protector switching when we plug in/out the SD.

They can only be in Mp3 format or WAV I think. I know Mp3 for sure. If the music is in any other format you will have to reformat the music in order to get it to play. It's something really obnoxious about the headphones which could've been easily avoided. Just look up a program like Switch or an online converter for free. It's pretty simple.
