Hi to make it working again reset it to factory default, however you gonna loose all your data.

While it's turned off you hold the volume up and power buttons. Then when the android appears release the buttons. Hold the power button and press volume up. Navigate with the volume keys and select factory data reset. Hopefully this isn't the method you'd already tried.
