Not enough information here ot asertain the complete problem for resolution.
Please provide info for the headset connection and phone.
if the headset connect is to large it will not fit to the phone. If the headset has broken wires in the insulation it will not yield sound. Ground and left and rigtht signal from the phone must have a complete circuit in order to completer the sound transfer to the headset. Also if there is a mute function on the headset sound will not transfer.

I am having problem getting my bluetooth headset 4pr909 to pair with my phone5

Well you have to sync it once it gets discoverable. I will include a link showing you how to do that. However I would suggest moving to a simpler and easier headset to pair with like a Samsung. Instructions for Wireless Gear Bluetooth Headset eHow

The headset connects to the phone but then it says connecting and then comes up bluetooth connection failed and it wont work hands free, it has the blue symbol on my phone screen but wont it wont connect...

I would suggest turning off your phone and headset. Turn your phone back on and put the headset into pairing mode (the headset needs to be turned off when starting the pairing mode) pull up your menu on your Bluetooth phone and try reconnecting the two again.

4pr909 bluetooth headset chargine issue

It may be defective. Even if its not charging well it should still light up if there's a charge connection. Return it if you can and buy a better one.

4pr909 bluetooth headset passcode won't work with samsung juke

had same problem with this headset on two phones and finally solved it.

1. make sure bluetooth on phone is activated (know that sounds silly but some people forget)
2. with the headset turned off, press and hold the on/off button on the headset until the light on the headset FLASHES CONTINUOUS BLUE AND RED (about 8 seconds). This is most important, because if lights on headset are not continuously flashing blue and red, the headset is not in discovery mode.
3. once headset is in discovery mode, go into "my devices" on bluetooth menu on phone and click to search for new devices. make sure phone and headset are close together. phone will say searching- BE PATIENT, THIS STEP TAKES THE PHONE SOME TIME. eventually phone will show that it found your headset.
4. once the phone lists the headset, click on the headset and tell the phone to connect to the device. at this point the phone will bring up a passcode screen. enter 0000, and tell it to connect. when it connects, the lights on the headset will automatically go to an intermittent blue. you should be all set.

the biggest mistakes my kids made trying to pair these headsets were:
1. failing to turn bluetooth on for the phone
2. turning the headset on in something other than discovery mode (continuous blue/red flashing lights)
3. not being patient enough to wait for the phone to find the device.

hope this helps

Headset wont connect to phone

Have you try re pairing the headset to the phone? Most of the time we forget to put the headset in "pairing" mode so therefore the phone will not recognize it. Try that and let me know.
