60'' Philips TV went out....

One night while watching TV, the screen just went black but I could still hear sound fine. No picture and no hint of lighting in screen. Took the back off and looked around. The three projection lights do not come on. When you power it on, power light comes on and it make the ''turning on sound'' but no picture will show. Can anyone help me with this? THANKS in advance.
