Question about Washing Machines
The Fisher-Paykel washer e7:02 error means that the motor reported the loss of one phase at the control unit. You'll need to check the resistance across the wiring and the motor to determine the where the fault is. Unplug the washer and check the wiring harness, connectors and the motor.
I'll assume that the expected resistance doesn't change between most models. The resistance at P171 of the motor control module should be 28 Ohms. The resistance at each winding in the rotor and stator should be 14 Ohms. Replace any faulty part. If the resistances and wiring are fine, then the motor control module has to be replaced. These resistances are from the service manual for the WH8560J1 which is available at ManualsLib: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1264071/Fisher-And-Paykel-Wh8560j1.html#manual .
Please add a comment with the model of your washer if you'd like me to find a parts list or diagram. If your washer is under warranty or you do not feel comfortable checking the wiring, contact Fisher & Paykel for service.
I hope this helps.

Looks like you have either a stuck drum (does not spin) or an electrical fault that make the washer think the drum is not moving.
From a 2006 Technical Bulletin:
E3: Machine control is attempting to drive the motor but is not seeing any tach response. Visual Check shows motor is not moving. (Locked or Hall Sensor fault.)
Specifically, it could be:
1. Spin drum stuck – Verify that the spinner moves freely to eliminate this cause.
2. Hall Sensor (integral part of motor) fails or is loose – When the Hall Sensor fails or becomes dislodged, the control doesn't recognize that the motor is spinning and shuts down. The result will likely be an “E3” code in the worst case, or “SUdS” if it is only getting a partial rpm reading. Check wire harness connector(s) to motor.
Unless you are really overloading your machine you likely have an electrical fault, or a failure in the drive train--especially if the problem is intermittent. Probably time to call in a technician.

It means that there is a fault in the heating circuit and the heater is not working
The listed site deals with this problem so take a look and if you are fully capable of testing, follow the troubleshooting instructions but always double check that the unit is unplugged or disconnected from the electrical supply.
And remember kindergarten rule #1 "If in doubt, don't" with everything that is potentially dangerous. Electricity kills so a service repair bill may be a better solution.
Hope this helps.

F17 indicates no water coming into the condensing chamber during drying. Unplug the appliance. Take the top off. Check to see if the condensing chamber below the heating chamber is blocked.

I have a Siemens WM16S772DN washing machine and encountered the error code "F:67" followed by repeated beeps. (Note: Siemens and Bosch are related companies). I called Siemens and they said the code means "Fatal error" or program error. The service technician was called, and he replaced the electronic board and reprogrammed it.
