Usb how do i put my casio camera into usb mode?????

My guess s, you did put your camera in Best Shot BS mode, and selected night shot. Try putting your camera back in Automatic mode and only select BS, when you know why you should select a special mode.

i f i remember correctly, this camera has input/output terminals. both for USB/AV port and a USB: high speed USB.

check with best buy and see if they can match one, otherwise check on web site

I am having the same problem.  I have an iMac and a PC and it rarely connects.  I'm going to call Casio in the morning.  Good luck...

you can get the memory card from your camera and put it into the slot of sd/mmc/mms/ms-pro/xd instead of using your cable.

Mine does something similar to this and I take it off the cradle, take out the battery, put the battery back in, and then place the camera back on the cradle. Hope this helps.

I was able to get past this problem by removing and reinserting the battery. This caused, in effect, a hard reset of the camera, which let me power it up fresh and take pictures again. Of course, it's not exactly reassuring that the problem arose in the first place,

I was having the same problem... I put the camera in the cradle with it plugged into usb and then pushed play mode... the camera went to play mode and then i pushed and held the camera mode button while i was removing it from the cradle... it ended up turning on!!! i have no clue.. very weird
