Hi, follow these steps 1 to 3.

1. use the menu button to scroll to settings, select by pressing OK.
2. select service from the settings menu by scrolling down. select by pressing OK.
3. select Reset and OK to reset the service.

get a bigger machine ... The so called 50 cc motor bike is a regulation beater with typically 49 cc. If you need more speed and power, get a bigger machine. Typically, they are at 49 cc so the younger crowd can ride at a certain age.

bad RTC can be repaired. the machine is equipped with multiple sensors inside. if one of them goes bad, or the Battery is dead tampering or bad RTC will show this can be fix by replacing the sensor and or the battery if you need this to be done call me @ (775) 358-2922 hope this help : - )

CC means you will have to replaced your drum unit. The part number is F43-5411-700. About $150.00
There is a chip in the unit that records the number of copies run. You will either have to have the drum unit rebuilt and a new chip installed or just order in a new drum unit.

First try a simple reset of the machine (will not restore or remove data)

With machine off, press and HOLD the power button down, it should turn on it will then beep a few times and turn off.

Once it is off, try turning back on and the video settings should be reset and if this was the issue you will now see video.

If still no video, check cables, connection, that the tv is on the right input. It is possible the unit needs factory service.

This Machine needs a copy cartridge. Replacing the toner will not clear it. The copy cartridge is the drum unit which is why the drum light is on. With the new copy cartridge a chip on the cartridge will reset the counter and clear the "CC" and the drum light. If you cant find this I can send you one. I believe on this model it is user replaceable.
