Problem for Samsung (SH-S162L/BEBN) DVD RW Burner

Burner showed in device mananger but cannot be used.

i got the same burner and readed somewhere that i should uninstall it and reboot... now i can't start it... it stops when the " _ "-symbol appears in the left corner of the screen and gets nowhere.

HEELP!
