Dear sir, my computer asus sis961 is not working, power is not showing in mother board, technician is telling in mother board short sirkit

Do u know how to assemble a pc

if yes take the mother baord out of cabinet . place the mother bord on an insulating surface with proceesor . then connect smps ... poweron the board by shortin the frnt panel connectors . connect all peripehrals like monitor , kb and mouse etc ..... if this seems to be working try to insulate the cabin whre mother board is fixed ................ SMPS can also cause no power try chekin with another smps too
