There is no manual for it that I can find. There is for the 3917 and for the 395. There is a listing on eBay for one in a box and has the manual for $30.

It is not worth repairing. They are $200 new or $60 used. The only thing you can do is a power reset. Disconnect from mains power overnight. In the morning press and hold the power button as you reconnect, continue to hold for 12 seconds.
