I guess you took the picture with your phone because there isn't enough pixels to enlarge the picture for a closer look.
Taking a flying guess I would say the chimes are on the left but no guarantees...

The crown on the left side is HELIUM VALVE and is designed for
compensating and keeping the right air pressure inside watch case if it
is used for diving purposes.
If you will try to set something using this crown, nothing will happen, as it has special springs, gaskets and bars built into it, but has no any connection with watch movement.
