Re: USB45 Socket connections

You can download the manual here:

which lists the pinouts for the onboard USB ports. I'd post the port info itself, but it is a graphic embedded in a PDF, so can not copy and paste it here.

Is any displayport have in Intel D865GBF Motherboard

It has a VGA port for a VGA monitor. The port is BLUE in color, NOT PURPLE.

This is an example of a VGA Cable, and a VGA connector,

Note the number of socket holes, and the arrangement of the socket holes.

There are 5 socket holes across the Top row.
There are 5 socket holes across the Middle row.
There are 5 socket holes across the Bottom row.

The Purple connector with 5 socket holes across the Top row, and 4 socket holes across the Bottom row, is NOT it.
Not the VGA connector.

You can connect a CRT type of monitor, (Looks like a small TV), or a flat LCD screen monitor, IF it has a VGA cable.

[ There is also an adapter that you can plug a flat LCD screen monitor into, and the other side of the adapter plugs into the VGA port, on the back of your computer.

This is if the flat LCD screen monitor has a DVI cable,

DVI to VGA adapter,

Look at the pins on the adapters. Now look at your monitor cable, and the VGA port on the computer. Make sure which adapter you need ]

The pin that u put the charger in has went back in the laptop. how to open it to get to it to fix it.

The power socket on a laptop is usually soldered directly to the mainboard. Sometimes the socket is on a seperate smaller daughterboard or on a cable that connects to the mainboard, but usually this is not the case. Opening the laptop to perform this repair can be very trick and time consuming. I would certainly not recommend an amateur attempting this repair as usually the entire board needs to be removed, the socket de-soldered and a new socket soldered in place. Not for the faint hearted! If you wish to provide laptop model details I may be able to provide the screw locations etc and disassembly guide.

What is 2 sided stereo jack?

A 2 sided jack is a connector with different sized pins on both ends to connect two different sized socket ended cables. Like if you want to connect a 2.5 mm socket to a 3.5 mm socket then you use a 2 sided jack that would have a 2.5 mm pin on one side and a 3.5 mm pin on the other side. A stereo jack means that all the three connections from one side run parallel to the other side, as a stereo would have three lines running.

Pin Connection

It attaches to your choice of one of the two open and available USB sockets as I've circled in this image. Each USB socket has two horizontal rows of pins. A row with 5 pins. (the 5th extra pin is not used) A row with 4 pins. The first pin (on your left) is power, the last pin (on your right) is ground. ZT3000 "Beta tester of "0"s and "1's"

Is there a power button cable connection adapter for IBM P4 motherboard to Biostar mother board?

if you mean that the power connector is a 3 pin socket connection and the pins on the motherboard are not in line and the middle connector hole is in the way, simply snip with scissors the end connector hole and seperate so you have a 2 pin and a 1 pin and just connect the 2 pin and use as a single connector because you wont need it and connect the 1 pin that you cut away to the other terminal
