Panasonicflatscree I have a panasonic flat screen tv model tc50c2 Try to turn on red light blinks 7times until it is un plugged

These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Blinking codes details to many popular brand TVs are given. Surf the site with patience. If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.

The sigh check is flashing? what is this? on a sunfire 95

I am not familiar with a Sunfire "95" powerchair. Drive makes a Sunfire General and Sunfire Power Plus, however, which have diagnostics for troubleshooting the flash code in the owners manual.

Here's a link to that site for the owners manual if you lost yours. https://drivemedical.com/catalog/omfiles/SPGT-3C-BL_Manual.pdf

Troubleshooting and flash codes are on page 26.

Clean light flashes 7 times

try doing button setting change from "Hi-Temp Wash - Normal - Hi-Temp Wash - Normal" sequence of button selections. This must occur within 6 seconds and initiates an internal diagnosis of the machine.
The process runs for about 19 min. and shuts off
During the process several LED's light up and several funtions start and stop.
If the machine has no broken systems, you should be able to open the door add some soap and the usual dirty dishes and carry on with normal operation. this is the method to reset the machine.
Most likely is that there were suds in the last cycle or the door doesn't close smoothly.
