turn both phone bluetooth and speaker bluetooth off. then turn them back on. the speaker's light should be flashing indicating its searching for a device to pair with. as its flashing make sure your phones bluetooth is visible and searching. they will pair and your phone will tell you and the speakers light should quit flashiing and just remain on.

Bluetooth must be on and connected to phone in order to take call from headset.

Did you turn the bluetooth on and put the phone in discovery mode before attempting to receive something via bluetooth?

Push and hold both vol(+) and vol (-) at the same time for approx 2 secs. The headset will falsh green and red lights. Get your phone to search for bluetooth devices. It should find the headset. Enter pairing code 1234 in phone. Done

I think that you are usiing an uncompatable headset or your doing it wrong.
