I had the same problem > HARD RESET worked. Press and hold the TALK and END buttons, and also press the RESET button [at the bottom of the phone], all of this in the same time.
Then release the RESET button but continue to press the TALK and END buttons, and a message will appear asking you if you really want to reset everything.
You may try to reinstall the software provieded with the mobile
When i connect my htc p3450 with computer through data cable my phone get charging but doesn;t show data on computer?why?
Reinstall the ROM... however this would delete everything on your phone.
