If this is actually 20 minutes each time, then you could have an auto power off option applied.
If it switches off at a random time after say 20 minutes, then it could be caused by a overheating problem. If the System has a fan make certain it has room to operate, that nothing is blocking it. Also check all speakers and cables for faults.
If the device is overheating you should be able to feel it!
SOURCE: LG 47" LCD TV - 47LC7DF Clicking Noise
I was told that these clicking noises (which happen on my Magnavox LCD too) were due to the "power required" at the internal switch. Seems that the power required to immediately turn on the TV is too much for a standalone household outlet, so it "surges" power in a series to get enough there. Hence, the clicking sounds are actually mini power surges to send more power to the internal circuits to turn the TV on.
If your set is like mine, these noises generally stop after a minute or two, correct?

SOURCE: Blu-Ray disc stops playing after 20 minutes
New Blu Ray home theater player can not play new Blu Ray movies according to Samsung customer support. It is a JAVA code issue and they are working on a software upgrade. No release date is known. I tried playing The Hulk, Ironman and Wanted. None would play.
Thanks Samnsung for wasting my time and money!!!

SOURCE: SYSTEM SHUTTING OFF
I had the same problem and of course my system is out of warranty. If you open the system up most likely you will see portions of a board near the fan burned up.
