SOURCE: help on 1 amp and 1 alpine srw-124d
You have dual 4-ohm coils. 2 coils per speaker.using one speaker, if you take and run the postive from one coil and connect it to the negative of the other coil, then take a wire from your bridge channel on your amp and connect the positive to the the remaining positive on the one coil and connect the negative to the remaining negative on the other coil you will create a 8ohm load on the amp in bridged mode.
now this is the important part. The bigger the load on the amp the greater the wattage output to the speakers. This sucks the wattage out of the amp. Careful not to overload you amp. The setup above is safe for any amp. The following is for 2ohm stable amps only. The lower the ohm value 2, 4, 8 and so on, the greater the load on the amp.
connect the positive of one coil to the positive of the other. connect the negative of one coil to the other negative of the other coil. then take a wire from your bridge channel on your amp and connect the
positive to the the positive on one coil and connect the
negative to the negative on the same coil and you will create a 2ohm load on the amp in bridged mode.
Series = add the two ohm value
parallel= halve the ohm value
you can play with series and parallel together using more than one speaker setup.
SOURCE: Hello... I have a motorized
Hi,
I have heard of this problem before with remote controls for gates and car alarms.
If this only happens in these certain times, it is most likely that you live near a high powered TV or Radio transmitter which can effect the transmission of your remote control.
If this is so you made need to get a technician out from the company that supplies the motorized gate to re tune your remote and receiver in the gate to a lower or higher frequency, so it doesn't interfere.
I hope this helps

You should see three buttons on the driver sun shade. Let's name them from left to right 1,2, and 3. Start by clearing any old codes. To clear codes press buttons 1 and 3 simultaneously until the light starts blinking. Release the buttons simultaneously. Before starting to program the car remotes you must have your gate hand held remote ready with a good charged battery. Now, to program your first gate car remote let's choose button 1. Press button 1 until it start blinking (about 20 seconds). Keeping button 1 pressed, activate your hand held remote close (about an inch) from the car button 1, until the light blinks faster than before. Release both remotes simultaneously. You are done programming your car remote button 1. For two additional gates remote controls programming repeat the procedure with button 2 and then with button 3.
