1. Is the main charger installed securely? 2. Check if the spring of high-voltage supply contact point is deformed. 3. Check if the needle electrode is broken or the main charger grid is deformed. 4. Check if any foreign matters is on the needle electrode or the main charger grid. 5. Check if the transfer roller and the separation needle are installed securely. 6. sounds like the paper feed rollers are worn or dirty try cleaning the rollers if the problem persists then unfortunately you will have to replace the rollers
just check propely any small piece of paper is in machine or any sensor in paper path is disturbed check all sensors and there levers .or take a hard file cover and from bypass with ur hand pull it in copier and send him to toward exit tray .just off copier first and do this .
