My 2wire 1000hw modem will neither connect

My 2wire 1000hw modem will neither connect wirelessly, nor stay connected to the internet for longer than 30 minutes. After 30 minutes it will disconnect and I have to do a hard reset by unplugging the modem from the power supply. How do i fix this?

  • call your ISP first if they called connection issues, or if none, your modem needs repacement
