The dvd player had been working just fine until last week. Then it would stall & finally after stalling, the video wouldn't load. The message on the screen states "no disc". Help!

- Nope that didn't work. I've also tried using a "Q-Tip" to clean the lens. Still says no disc. Now it's not even spinning. I can hear a clicking sound as it sounds like the lens area is moving for a minute...then "no disc". Thanks!

- I appreciate you for the extra help but the issue is with my portable dvd player instead of a computer dvd. thanks!
- Go to control panel, double click on administrative tools, then double click on computer management, then click on device manager, the on the right find dvd/cd rom drives, click on the plus sign (+) then click on your dvd/cd rom, then right click a box will open click on properties, when you click on properties a next bow will open click on the general tab then at the bottom right you will see troubleshoot click on troubleshoot and a next window will open this is help and support center follow the steps. TEll me if this helps
