"No disc" message on my dx-pdvd7a

- Go to control panel, double click on administrative tools, then double click on computer management, then click on device manager, the on the right find dvd/cd rom drives, click on the plus sign (+) then click on your dvd/cd rom, then right click a box will open click on properties, when you click on properties a next bow will open click on the general tab then at the bottom right you will see troubleshoot click on troubleshoot and a next window will open this is help and support center follow the steps.
