I have a Innovage Jumbo Universal Remote (by 3 users)

I have tried all the codes and the only options the remote works are the volume control and mute/caption options. How can I make it work the entire Quasar TV?

The remote is to control a TV/vcr combination.

I have a quasar tv/vcr combination. I've been able to get the vcr working using 138, but I can't get the tv to program with any of the quasar codes provided. Therefore, I can't use the volume or sleep buttons.

I bought a universal remote to run the Quasar TV given to me. It's the TV/VCR combo. The universal remote will alter only the up and down channel, volume and mute. The remote will not operate power or numeric entry of numbers. I have tried all of the codes and every method of search. Any advice?
