Re: Lower right hand red light flashing
- Turn off your console, disconnect and reconnect all cables, and then turn on your console.
- If an Xbox Hard Drive is attached to your console, turn off your console, and then remove the Xbox Hard Drive. Turn on your console, and test for the error. If the error does not reoccur, turn off your console and reattach the Xbox Hard Drive. Run alternate additional tests by having the Xbox Hard Drive connected and disconnected to see whether the error occurs only when the Xbox Hard Drive is connected. For more information if the on-screen alphanumeric error is E67, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
917874 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917874/ ) One of the lights on the Ring of Light on the front of your Xbox 360 console flashes red and you receive one of the following error codes and message: "E67, or E68, or E69. System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support"
- If an Xbox Memory Unit (MU) is plugged in to your console, turn off your console, and then remove the Memory Unit. Turn on your console again, and test for the error. If the error does not reoccur, turn off your console and reinsert the MU. Run alternate tests by having the MU connected and disconnected to see whether the error occurs only when the MU is connected.
- If this problem continues to occur, contact Xbox Customer Service.
Note If the agent cannot help you resolve this problem, you must return your console to Microsoft for repair.
