I would use the 4 wheel platform dollies and ratcheting tie-down straps to secure it to the dollies.
I have used these to move pianos and other larger objects, but make sure that you secure the object to the dolly and get the best one with the biggest wheels that you can find. The bigger the wheel the easier the roll. Not sure how big your doorways are, but if you can use 2 or 3 dollies, that’s what I would recommend. Just make sure that you secure the load with ratcheting straps not just rope.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.

The Hobart/Kitchenaid model 4C Stand Mixer was produced between 1961 and 1977.
This unit is now a vintage piece chased by collector. Parts dealers do not sell parts anymore for such an old model.
The parts must be purchased on the second hand and vintage market, best source is Ebay. Put 4c mixer or kitchenaid 4c to find parts.
The bowl is easy to find, it is part 4162158, regular retail price for replacement is $44. buy the glass one on Ebay, that will be the original one mounted on first models.
Here Ebay list.
Vintage KitchenAid 4c Glass Mixing Bowl Excel Cond!
VINTAGE KITCHENAID 4C MIXER WIRE WHISK ONLY
KitchenAid Mixer md 4C Complete with Bowl White
KITCHENAID MIXER 4.5QT S.S. BOWL FTIS MODEL 4C 4162158
Here also a forum where you can contact more Kitchenaid vintage appliances owners or collectors.
The dough tool is not even easy to find on Ebay. Try contacting Kitchenaid and see if they can give you a compatible part.
If they have the original one (unlikely) , then do not be surprised if part price is over $30.
If you find a 4c with tools for spares on Ebay , buy it, and resell the parts you do not need. The whole mixer with bowl and one tool is worth over $50.
The original owners manual can also be purchased from Kitchenaid/hobart
