Depending on the phone... try and remove the current bluetooth device. Go to the Manage connection app and choose blue tooth. Or go to options, Bluetooth. you will then see what is or isnt connected. Close the headset. Go to the phone and choose discover, or search. Open the headsetand press and hold the big button. It should then turn purple and should be recognized. After this, it will ask for a passcode.
Also make sure the batteryon theheadset is charged before doing this.
