Problem for Philips PSS110/17 256 MB MP3 Player
Mp3 files do not show up after uploading
Using music match 9.0 and my pss110 I sync it and add mp3 files to the pss, everthing looks good. When I disconnect it and turn it on, no files appear. They are in the memory, but the device does not see them. I have tried manually adding them as well, same result. I have updated the firmware to 4.1.

Make sure you have the correct version of Musicmatch and that you had installed the provided plugin for the PSS. I personally tried several hours of uninstalling and reinstalling everything until i get it to work.
Try "Pandora's Shoqbox" instead of musicmatch.
If you don't like it or doesn't work you can also try Shoqbox buddy.
