Not sure which part you don't know? Are concerned about who put the charge on there? Why Amazon Marketplace put a charge on your card? What was actually purchased?
You can call Discover card services and they should be able to tell you something about the charge and if it looks suspicious or not?

Contact Amazon to see if it is valid or not:

https://pay.amazon.com/us/help/201212450

If you are a seller on Amazon, that may be a legitimate charge.

If you recently made a purchase, the charge would occur upon shipping of a purchase. (Check your own purchases if you have made any recently.)

On May 23, I purchased tickets for Footlite Musicals in Indianapolis. I was charged $300 rather than $200. I am told a $100 refund was sent. How can I find out if the $100 was refunded to Paypal?

First, Fixya is NOT the place to resolve you financial issues...
1. Did you make the purchase through Paypal with your Discover card linked to Paypal?
2. Log into your Paypal account, if the money was refunded, it will show up in your account in about 3 days..

What is a amzn com prime NV CARD 1025?

Sounds like you are referencing a charge on your credit card statement. You would have to contact them with the date and they can give you the details of the transaction.

You billed my credit card a purchase I never made how do I remove it? ALSO, I do not recall ever giving you my Discover Card...what do I do?

A charge from apple? When you sign up for an iTunes account, it will ask for your credit card details, then when you make a purchase from the iTunes/App Store, the card will be charged.
