I was trying to hook up durabrand 5.1 100w home theater system. I have all the speaker hook up and stuff but i can't get a picture to come up it does have sound. I am trying to hook up to digital box because wont plug into my tv.

Durabrand HT-3915 Home Theater System Manual

This is the easiest way 2 explain it. Hook up on the home theater should be labeled in and out. same as on the tv. The TV might no have that feature as the DVD is built in. You might just have an option for sound from the TV/DVD to the home theater. Again OUT from TV IN to receiver. Same with any other device set up.

Have you checked all the channels connected correctly refer to the user manual once.

You probably hooked it up wrong. Make sure you hooked up the right speakers to the corresponding jacks, and make sure that your video input jack isn't bad on your tv, or that u have all the av cords going from the output jacks in the dvd palyer, and they lead up to the input jacks on your tv. If the problem still exists, then call customer service, or try a different tv.
